Team Kellestine is first and foremost a community. Members and teammates are able to come together and share success stories, helpful nutrition & training tips with one another. We are a place where members can share their frustrations and setbacks on their fitness journey. Coach Niall is the face of the team, he posts free inciteful fitness, wellness, and health content to the public, with a HUGE emphasis on posting truth out of love for the public.


Team Kellestine is the place where everyday people discover what they truly have within them.

From sports performance to simply moving with less pain, my hands are in quite a variety of cookie jars. I've always been one to seek out cutting edge knowledge from the top-dogs in the industry and I am proud to be a Daru Strong Performance coach, Nutritionalconsultant, Kettlebell Specialist, Oxygen Advantage instructor, Cognitive conditioning practitioner and always looking for that next step to refine my services as a coach.

I truly believe the day you stop learning and growing is the day you give up. "Good," isnever good enough for me, and that of course means it is not good enough for Team Kellestine Athletes.

My mission when starting Team Kellestine was simple: create a collective group of courageous, wise-minded individuals who are looking to become the strongest versions of themselves mentally and physically, regardless of training experience or age.


I have spent a lot of time in this industry navigating through the fog that, at times, can be overwhelming and one thing I can promise to all Team Kellestine members and athletes is that I will always lead by example and bring the often elusive truth to light.


Expect no cookie-cutter strength or nutritional programs and no judgment to others or ourselves, just honest strength and conditioning methods, top of the line mobility protocols, and professional nutritional advice that has been tried and tested by yours truly to have you feeling your best inside and out. Through consistent hard work and staying true to our integrity, we will leave no stone unturned. LET'S GO!
