Starting off with a 30 minute zoom or in person assessment to catch up and go over your goals, needs, exercise history, past frustrations/obstacles and more. Following this necessary information I will be sending you your goal setting and sleep quality questions. Included in this all access package is: Unlimited email access to me within the hours of 8am and 6pm for 3 months regarding all things health and fitness. IE: nutritional questions, dining out questions, stress/sleeping issues, substitutions for
meals/snacks etc. I will personally be checking in with you week to week VIA Zoom or email if you prefer to assure everything is going smoothly. These check ins will also allow us to stay on top of our game and make adjustments when needed!
We all know how essential nutrition is for our general health and fitness. Having a nutrient-rich diet will help improve your cognition and overall mood, aid in optimizing hormonal function, and increase your energy so you can work, look and perform at your absolute best year-round. However, despite knowing all of this, when life gets stressful nutrition seems to be the first thing that gets put on the back burner. Without a wide variety of quality foods, it doesn't matter how hard you are training, what supplements you are taking, how much sleep you are getting, or any other recovery strategies you are trying, your body will still not be supplied the necessary nutrients it needs to strive and prosper!
Nutritional coaching is much more than just telling you what to eat and when. For starters, before we even begin talking about food we will be diving into: Goal setting and establishing our priorities.NONE of your goals can come alive unless you have extreme clarity on who you are and where you want to be in life. Having our goals and priorities outlined will give you a clear vision allowing us to stay on
track during the inevitable obstacles of life. Once our goals and vision have been locked in, I will personally be dialing in a high-quality nutrition plan specific to YOUR needs and goals.
Nutrition coaching helps take away the stress you may have on meal planning, what to eat, how much to eat, and of course when to eat; as well as keeping you accountable to your goals. Throughout our coaching, we will also be going oversleep protocols to maximize our recovery and our results! Like I said about nutrition, sleep is no different. You can have the fanciest supplements, the best training program ever written, following a killer nutrition plan but it still won't matter. You will still be tired, you will still be under recovered, you won’t be able to perform at your optimal level and you will still have disrupted hormonal and immune system function. By the end of your coaching package, you will have learned a whole lot more than just how to eat food!
