One Hundred 60 minute sessions at 50$ (plus tax)
This is the be all, end all for strength and conditioning, not only do you save big but you will have completed a full cycle of training, giving you more confidence in your body and also in the gym! In this phase we will work on taking that raw strength we developed and put it to use quickly, explosively and efficiently! If your goals are not performance based, we will simply spend this time to go back to our foundation phase improving to build a strong, robust, and healthy functioning human body!
Specific programming for specific results! This is the option for you if you are truly looking to take your health and performance to the next level, with one on one undivided attention it is hard to match these results anywhere else. I will personally be monitoring your progress 100% of the way helping to guide you to your destination in the most efficient way possible.
Starting off with an initial assessment going over your needs/goals, past injuries, exercise, and sports history. After gathering this important info, we will dial in our weekly plan of action. Limiting our risk of injury, overtraining, helping you stay accountable, and more importantly becoming stronger physically and mentally! (Packages and lengths of phases are subject to change based on past injury, exercise/sport history and of course your goals!)
My cancelation policy is simple. I require 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule a booked appointment! Failing to meet this 24-hour window will result in your session being charged as a “No show.”
